Playphone is an innovative and market-leading global mobile entertainment company. It provides cutting edge personalisation and entertainment direct to consumer mobile content and advanced mobile marketing solutions to customers worldwide.

Since the majority of Payphone’s services are advertised online it required a method to improve the rate at which users sign up to its subscription services via the web.

By studying Playphone’s user demographic, we were able to devise a new web based approach to promote key mobile content on a network of personalised micro sites aimed at converting referred interest from Google and affiliate advertising into paid subscriptions.

On average conversion rates rose from around 1% to over 7.5% across most of Playphone’s European ringtone business.
